WARRANTY POLICY - FLASHLIGHTS
Schaff Engineering Private Limited (SEPL) provides warranty for Flashlights with the following terms and conditions.
GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
Eligibility: Flashlights purchased from India only are eligible for warranty.
Claim Requirements: All warranty claims or repairs must be accompanied by:
- Original purchase bill
- Warranty card duly signed and stamped by the seller
Amazon Purchases: If purchased from Amazon:
- Keep the warranty card for claims
- If no warranty card is included:
- Photograph the serial number near the USB charging port
- Email it to service@schaff.asia with your Amazon order details
Void Warranty: Warranty becomes void if:
- Product is repaired by unauthorized personnel
- Damage results from:
- Dust, foreign objects, fire, water
- Input voltage beyond specifications
- Riot, mishandling, lightning, flood, or acts of nature
- Use contrary to the user manual instructions
Important: SEPL covers manufacturing defects only during the warranty period. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective units at our discretion.

Jurisdiction: All warranty claims are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction only.
Limitation: SEPL's liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product under warranty.
