WARRANTY DETAILS
Schaff Engineering Private Limited (SEPL) Provides Warranty for all its Products with the following Terms and Conditions.
All Warranty Claims or Repair of the Product under warranty has to be provided with a Bill and the Warranty Card duly signed and stamped by the Seller.
If Bought from Amazon, Please Keep the Warranty Card for Warranty Claims. If a Product received by you doesn't carry a Warranty Card, then:
- Take a Photo of the Serial Number found near the USB Charging Port and mail it to us at service@schaff.asia along with the Amazon Order Details.
A warranty becomes Null and Void if the Product is Repaired or an attempt to Repair has been carried out by a Person or an Agency that is not Authorized by Schaff Engineering Private Limited (SEPL).
"SEPL" covers any component or part of the unit with a manufacturing defect resulting in non-working of the unit during the warranty period.
"SEPL" reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective unit under warranty.
Only those units that shall be declared non-repairable solely by "SEPL" shall be replaced with a new unit at no cost to the customer.
All charges incurred for repair or replacement of units under warranty shall be borne by "SEPL" to the extent of the cost of a new Product.
In the event "SEPL" carries out Repair or Replacement of any part or the product itself during the warranty period, the warranty shall therefore remain and continue for the remaining period of actual warranty only.
"SEPL" shall not be liable or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control.

The warranty doesn’t cover any kind of damage resulting from dust, foreign objects, fire, water, input voltage beyond spec, riot, mishandling, lightning, flood, or any act of nature and use contrary to the operations specified in the user manual supplied along with this unit.
EXTENT OF WARRANTY
In the event that the terms of warranty are not complied with, "SEPL" shall be under no obligation to honor this warranty. "SEPL" will not be responsible for any direct or indirect consequential, special, contingent, or other damages arising out of the use of this product and is liable to the extent of repair or replacement of the product under warranty.

Additional Warranty on Product Registration
