Return & Refund Policy

At Schaff, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If you receive a damaged item or a product that does not match the description on our website, we will arrange a return or refund depending on the situation.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will initiate the refund process. Typically, the return takes 5–7 working days, and the refund is processed within 5–7 working days thereafter.

If you receive a product that meets the listed specifications (design, color, size, finish, etc.) but are not satisfied with it, you may return it. However, in such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product value, excluding the original shipping cost. We aim to operate as a sustainable business and hope you understand our constraints.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Please ensure:

  • The product is unused.
  • All tags, original boxes, and packaging are intact.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept the return and issue a refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

What qualifies as a damaged product?

  • Item received is visibly broken, chipped, or dented.

When are returns not accepted?

  • More than 2 days have passed since delivery.
  • The product has been used or tampered with.
  • The product was damaged due to incorrect usage or installation.
  • Serial/UPC labels are missing or tampered.
  • The item is part of a combo/set and you want to return individual items.
  • The return lacks original packaging and accessories.
  • There are minor cosmetic differences (color/finish/surface marks) that do not affect functionality.

How do I arrange a return?

If we cannot arrange a pick-up due to logistics limitations, you can ship it back via SpeedPost or any reliable trackable courier and share the tracking details. If the return is approved due to a product defect or wrong delivery, we will reimburse the shipping charge (up to the SpeedPost rate for your PIN code). Any excess shipping charges must be borne by you.

How will I receive the refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product reaches our facility and passes inspection.

Can I return only one item from a multi-item order?

Yes, you can return individual items unless they are part of a combo deal.

When are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued when:

  • The replacement is not possible.
  • Your claim is verified and approved.
  • The returned item passes inspection.

I've requested a replacement. When will it arrive?

If we can arrange for a replacement, we'll notify you with details. In most cases, the replacement is dispatched after we receive the original product.

My refund hasn't reached my bank account yet. Why?

If you've received a confirmation email regarding your refund, rest assured it is being processed. Financial institutions may take additional time depending on their policies. If it exceeds the expected timeframe, contact us and we will follow up with our partners.

I've changed my mind and want to keep the product. What now?

Please call us to cancel your return request. If the product has already been dispatched back to us, you will be required to cover the shipping cost to get it returned to you.

What if a replacement isn't available?

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed upon successful return and inspection of the item.
